During the years of giving and taking massages, courses, I developed my own relax massage. All my massage are based on the swedish classic massage technics and the, Californian, Esalen massage technics. The result is a wellbeing massage which brings your body and soul in balance again.

My smooth rubbing and strokes with a light kneading will massage your full body and stimulate to get right of the toxygen so your body can refill with new energy. I start with healing and light pressure to prepare the body for the massage. Followed the back, lower back, calves, thighs and bud. After turning over the chest, abdomen, legs and ending with the shoulders, neck and head massage. I use odorless oil. After the massage the body and soul are relaxed and reborn again.
